A good d3d book

Hello everyone,
I have read Tricks of the Windows Game Programming Gurus and 3D Game Programming with C++. Those both taught me a lot about D3D and game programming. Is there a book more oriented towards applying that knowlege? Those books both taught me a lot about them, but not really how to use it. I am looking for a book that shows you how to use the knowledge. Lots of examples would be great. Also, if the code in the book was OO that would be even better. If this book doesn't exist, how do you guys suggest going about learning what I have just asked? Thanks in advance everyone!
