VESA Hi-res C/C++

I can find some stuff on 15bit, 16bit, 24bit, and

32bit, graphics programming but alot of it is not

in C/C++ or it is completely useless. If anybody knows

anything PLEASE E-Mail me.

  • The most examples for programming the VESA

    graphic mode is written in ASM because you have to

    use interrupts and port access. It's easier to

    write it with the assembler.

    Now, i don't know which C/C++ compiler you use

    but the most on the PC's has integratet an inline

    But today, i think the better way ist to use the

    directX components to build graphics on the PC.
