I'm not sure but I think Inprise/Borland is giving an old C++ compiler available to download.

Cygwin is a free windows compiler.Actually it's GCC ported to windows.Get it on www.cygnus.com/cygwin
RSXNTDJ is some add-on (?) to DJGPP thatallows you to make windows programs.
