Does someone know this,PLEASE???

This is the code for Netscape:

browserName = navigator.appName;
browserVer = parseInt(navigator.appVersion);

if (browserName == "Netscape" && browserVer >= 3){

if (screen.width < 1024) {
document.write('');
document.write('#glavnimenu{position: absolute;left:125px; top: 55px; height: 17 px; width: 770px; visibility: visible; }');
document.write('#podmenu0 {position: absolute; left: 235px; top:73px; height: 17px; width: 440px; visibility: hidden; z-index:1; }');
document.write('#podmenu1 {position: absolute; left: 345px; top: 73px; height: 17px; width: 330px; visibility: hidden; z-index:2;}');
document.write('#podmenu2 {position: absolute; left: 455px; top: 73px; height: 17px; width: 440px; visibility: hidden; z-index:3;}');
document.write('#podmenu3 {position: absolute; left: 455px; top: 73px; height: 17px; width: 440px; visibility: hidden; z-index:4;}');
document.write('');
}

}

And the question is:

I have a main menu declared as DIV "glavnimenu" and submenues declared as DIV "podmenu0", "podmenu1", ....

When the page load images and other thing, main menu should be VISIBLE and submenues should be HIDDEN.
Everithing works fine in IE but in Netscape it doesn't work!!!

Should i use as "visibility" SHOW instead of VISIBLE and for "hidden" should i use HIDE???
And for Position, should i use something else, not ABSOLUTE, perhaps RELATIVE or STATIC???

Does somebody know this???

Looking forward for any HELP,please?
