The title covers pretty much the question. I used to know (beginning 2000's) that programmers heaven is a resource plenty website.
I reregistered after the overhaul a couple of years ago, but it seems all admins and senior members left the boat already long time ago, leaving a spam burdened "social" platform behind that nobody really cares about.
So my question, are there actually real users around still, or is this just a dead forum?

I'll post now and then, but for the most part, the forum days are over. It's too bad Tien left - he made the board lively for a while with the borland dos stuff...
Lol, yeah, with Tien it was very lively indeed though I mostly didn't agree with his points
But it's so hard to see that all the admins seems to have left, and this is just a dying server. This used to be such a great resource site
Hello! Not sure what the intentions are for this site but I'll keep an eye on any spam that gets through.
I'm not sure when I first found the site, but registration wasn't required at that time; I don't remember spam being much of an issue then, but the board was a wealth of information; I really liked how readily available and easily found the source code was back then.
I wonder if the site tried to be too many things and forgot its roots so to speak. I like the old forum a lot better when it was just a few programming languages.
@Icepickle - what user name did you have before?
@pseudocoder Good question, don't really remember anymore, either thekid, wizzkid or sethubis. When Tien was here, it was already Icepickle
@qster Cool, finally somebody here, although I must say you have your work cut out (I hope you get payed for it because there is lots of spam to weed out from the site)
Does that mean, there is again a new wave of admins that will come in? Will programmersheaven be something to check in the future and discover other things than spam? In the past 2 years, I didn't see that much administration going on here.
Best of luck to you
Oops; I forgot all about this; I do not recall any of those monikers.
@qster; best of luck to you.
