windows ce 6 installation does not complete

I used Ethernet cable to download win ce 6 os image into vdx 6354 but it won't complete!
After I choose load os image from.... using static ip (and device monitor which I pluged manually went black ), when I press attach device to vs 2005 download process starts. Unfortunately after completion of download process nothing happens for about 10 secs and then device restart to boot menu, then if I select load from local storage previous windows came out! What should I do then?
Additional details :
I did exactly what device manual and win ce 6 professional wiley book said without any mid error.
