Video statistics

Hello,
I have a video editor written in C# + some libraries. Now I must to find out, how many pixels are changed after editing(rotation, zooming, etc,) (and how they've changed color) relative to original file.
Actually I need application, which can display changed pixels relative to one original file and one edited file.

Does already exist that application or I'll have to code it (how?)?
