Microsoft Access to Word Using VBA

I am trying to mail merge from a microsoft access database to a template in word. I have access 2010 and word 2010. Here is the front end of the code that I have the rest just contains all my bookmarks in word. What do I need to add to my code so that it will open a new document using the template not the actual template itself?

With MyWord

.Visible = True
