Project Build problem in XE2 version

I am using C++ builder XE2 ..
I imported (infact done,open project -> choosed the BCB file ,it was successful.
Now if i try to build the project ... it is asking me to provide the link for [u] DCLUSR.lib [/u]
Du [b]( due to confidentiality of the project i cannot provide you with the snap shots ) [/b]

Inside the project ,which i imported .. i have .cpp files, .h files as well as .ddp and .dfm files (not sure about these files ,i hope that these are delphi language related files )

11.) How can i resolve the .lib file issue .

22.) What are .ddp and .dfm files, can they actually be compiled in C++ builder XE 2?
