Digital Signatures

I hired someone to code an android app for me in Java. He Finished and I submitted the app to the market but I am now using that source code and editing all the sounds, images, and colors to create a new app. I've already got everything working how I want it but how am I supposed to redo the digital signature? Are there any other things I need to change? I'm using Eclipse Indigo.
