asadmin deploy fail of .ear file...WHY??

I am trying to deploy my .ear file and I keep getting the error;
Error occurred during deployment: There is no installed container capable of handling this application. Strangely it deploys on my fellow students laptop but not mine. Can anyone help as I'm unsure because this is such an undefined error to me??? If anyone would like I can pass along the .ear file to deploy via email or whatever you like. I'll include a link (if possible and the serverlog for details). Thanks in advance!!
