Where to find (for download) header file for c++ builder 2010?

Hello everyone, my question is Where to find (for download) header file for c++ builder 2010?
I search a lot of on internet but didn't find corresponding winuser.h file for c++ builder 2010, my file is little changed, and doesn't work properly, it always take some error, so I have to replace it, instead losing time to find where is bug,... this is not first time that I accidentally change that file, that is why I'm asking? And one more thing , can someone upload his winuser.h file if there is no on the internet site for download,.... thnx everyone for help
