Cannot load an IDAPI service library Problem in Windows 7

in C++ Builder
Hi! I have an application built using C++ Builder that performs database accessing. I am using MS Access 97 as my database. The program runs smoothly in Windows XP. However, when I tried running the application in Windows 7, it displays the error "Cannot load an IDAPI service library. File: MSJT3032.DLL". How can I fix this? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
