Calculated Fields
I am actually trying to put together a DB using ACCESS2007for my sales forecast.
One of the tables captures forecast by quarter ([1Q10; 2Q10; etc.)
In a query I try to create a calculated field adding all the quarters of a year and multiplying by price to get sales projectins - and can't get it to work:
here is the expression:
Sales2010:([Forecast]![1Q10]+[Forecast]![2Q10]+[Forecast]![3Q10]+[Forecast]![4Q10])*[Forecast]![Price]
If I try just to add the forecasts per quarter it doesn't work either:
Forecast2010:[Forecast]![1Q10]+[Forecast]![2Q10]+[Forecast]![3Q10]+[Forecast]![4Q10]
I would appreciate your help
