VBA prob: a string containing a code, then concatenate it..

i need some assistance regarding a code placed within a string. how do i make one? for example, [italic]Msg ("Hello World!")[/italic][b][/b] would be placed in [italic][b]str1[/b][/italic]. how could i make this possible? and then i want to concatenate [italic]str1[/italic][b][/b] with another string that contains a code as well.
