resize text to fit in rectangle

Hi,

I have developed an excel macro which reads data from an excel file from three columns and write the combined text from three columns to a rectangle in VISIO document.

Problem: i want to resize/shape the content of three rows to fit into rectangle.

I attach the macro below for reference and output also.

Assist me in solving the problem
