Can someone give some hints???

I'm neophyte in visual basic stuff.
Id like to know if someone have a code for visual basic/ excel to calculate the ocurrence of quintuples or quintuplets.
Because id like to count the ocurrence of quintuples numbers in a DNA or RNA chromossome , in order to verify certain parameters in sequences like

the ocurrence of quintuples (8,11,77, 83, 99) for example.

to calculate the ocurrence of all possible 5 numbers combinations (the numbers order is irrelevant), that are formed with the numbers from 01 to 100, in each line. Id like do this for a large numbers sequence , for example in this spreadsheet: http://www.file2box.net/3p6i189m93kv
