How to remove duplicate names in a list of names

I am a newbie in this VBA coding....I need some hwlp here.
I would like to request help to write a VBA to
find and delete a list of names and move up the row after deletions
I have 10 names that I need it to be run thru the column eg:column B
and find and delete these names according to the name list.

Please help ..... Thanx in advance
