Configuration Error

Iam using Windows server2008,IIS7.0,Ms.net framework3.5,sql server2005.
My problem is when i trying to access my application iam getting Config Error.
Error follows:

Server Error in '/' Application.
Configuration Error

i created a Virtual directory in iis and given path to root.Even iam getting this error.
So please try give me Solution.its very urgent to me..i hanged here.So please help me...
