HI just a wondering about new developement language

Hi,

First im sorry if my english is little bad i'm not english native, so please excuse me for mistakes i can do.

My wondering is ... I m new in the world of developement and I would like to know, for you what is the better language and more inovative langage for developping SGBD programs.

I already heard some good point about C# and Java but i would prefer hear from more people some advise and opinion about that but not only on these two languages but for the langages you have the habit to use.
