I Need some help with my Goal of Programming software

Hello,
I want to program software for windows in 32-bit.
I am new to the programming of windows but am building websites in HTML and PHP.

I want to make software for optimizing windows like defragging, emptying the prefetch folder, and more

I use lots of different kinds of software for that.

But the idea is that the "main" program downloads "the different kinds of software" and installs it on the computer.
ones thats done I need to find a way on how to "click" on the buttons of the different kinds of software and use it as if I was there in front of the computer.

My question here is which programming lanquage do I need to use and which tools do I let these things happen?
