Make a program to delete mp3 files..

Hi Guys..

I'm looking to design a program that will search a computer for mp3 files -> Delete them then create a dummy file that is the same size..

I would like to delete about 100 files every or every time windows starts up..

Im currently coding in C# and Java and still a bit limited..

Does anybody have any code that will crawl a hard drive and examine each file..I could then insert code to delete the MP3 and create the dummy file..

Any thaughts on this..

P.S. Im not looking for somebody to code this for me, just some advice on what I could use to do this..
