HighLight One Form and other form must Dark in Visual Basic 6

[size=4][/size][color=Blue][/color]Can Any Visual Basic 6 Programmer Help Me. I want to Develop a Program in Visual Basic, which give ability of New SileveLight Technology. My meant, which give ability that one main form is HighLight (which we want to Declare to user) and other forms must Dark. So User cann't Click on other forms, and Other Forms Color is Dark and Main Form which User must to use is HighLight. Can Any Body Help Me!
