age autoupdate

Hi,im currently helping HR to produce staff information database.Im having problems
1) to ensure age of children, staff are autoupdate. when HR staff do data entries, they dont have to type age.
2) when im possible to autoupdate age of children, i need to group these kids according their age for public school examination in current year.

My plans are
1) when date of birth type in, the form shows age,public exam ( according age) in current year.current year dont have to key in.
2) able to generate report if need information about public exam in years before.
Im using ms access 2003 to develop this database

1) HR policies to give ex-gratia for excellent results from these kids.
2) HR policies to know dependants of staff and may give some help to reduce burdens.
