Toshiba My Safe hack ?

I've gained user access to the party I am looking at. It's a Toshiba laptop and they have a My Safe folder.

1. If there is a way to get into this, must I be on their user account (Windows XP), or can I just be on Administrator, pretty sure I can 'see' it from there.

2. How?? I've found the settings and see the options to make a new backup password, or add a new finderprint, but you can't do anything without the fingerprint. Same with revealing the current password. How can I change the backup password to work with these settings, or get the current backup password to bypass the finger scan? Without obtaining the owner's fingerprint ..

Thanks in advance! Any help will be greatly appreciated!
