is SQL in SQLserver the same as

Hi,
here is a ..... question, I am a beginner
is the SQL in SQLserver exactly the same as SQL downloaded with the .Net environment?
what I mean is:
dose the SQL codes differ from the ines that used in what's downloaded when we install the .Net environmet package?

    I'm guessing you mean between SQL Server Express - the smaller free version of it - and SQL Server, the expensive more fully featured one? In that case, I don't think you'll find any problems moving from Express to the full one - the syntax will be the same. SQL Server may have some extensions as it has more features, I guess.

    Is that what you meant?
