I have to construct a 3D volume by collating 2D cross-sectional frames (something like MRI images).

I am able to construct a 3D volume by combining these slices (full slice, without ROI) into a cuboid volume. But now I have to construct an irregular 3D object. Never done this before, no idea whatsoever...
Any help is welcome!
