What do you use for the GUI when you program with C/++?

I used to use Qt 4 for a small program I'm making, but Qt has frustrated me with its lack of a library installer for windows, making deploying my program difficult. Other than that though it was been a fantastic library.

I've also tried native windows API with C and wxWidgets with C++, with similar mixed experiences.

So what graphical toolkit or API or whatever do you people use when your making a program with windows and menus and such :/

I primarily use Win32/OpenGL. OpenGL is portable, but is a 3d API.

My primary goal is portability in my engine, so I am abstracting
it behind a Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) as plugin libraries
or DLLs (It supports both) - Most programs that need portability
    tend to do this.

Why dont you download a Windows installer? There are alot of free ones
that you can script to create your Setup program :-)
