I am trying to edit the stadiums in FPS Baseball pro. They are DAT files, for example ANAHEIM.DAT and then next to it is ANAHEIM.DT. Can anyone tell me what this is and what programs I can download to edit these files. I am just wanting to create new stadiums. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

: what program created these DAT files that would be helpful as well.
:
.DAT files are nearly always data file, which can have any structure. There is no 1 program which can be used to edit them, but there are many. In games these files contain game data, which if the editor isn't part of the game is edited by using an in-house editor of the company creating the game. Unless the in-house editor is publicized by the company, the only way to get it is to either steal it or apply for a job at that company.
You can also try to create your own editor by analyzing the structure of the data files, or by reverse-engineering the parsing code within the game program.
