Need C#/XNA Programmer

My name is Morgan McDonald. I am the Concept Lead and Development Coordinator for a group of independent programmers, artists, and sound engineers. These individuals work collaborativly, from various remote locations, to develop what I feel is the future of game design.

The Mission of this group is to create a playable console game, with the same quality of graphics, sound, and narrative, as any independent studio. But to do so on little to no budget. More importantly the game must stand on it's innovative gameplay and unique control structure.

The concept for this game took over a year to develop, and will not be truly "complete" until the game ships. Engine development, GUI design, and various other initial tasks are already underway. It would be helpful to me if you included a brief description of yourself, skills, experience, hobbies, etc. We believe that as development tools improve, the future of game design will lie in innovative design, as opposed to over funded polish. you cn go to microsofts site and dowload xna game studio express and develop for the xbox but not distrubution like put on a dvd and play. The company
