Writing in a file

Hi

I have continuous stream of data- numbers from 1000-5000 ( x ) from an experiment which is displayed in a window.
These values keep changing and right now i just see the values but am not able to save them.

SO my question,
Does anyone have a code suggestion, so that i can save the values i am getting into file ( txt file or excel file or anything else :-))
so that i have the vaules for analysing later

Regards!

    You can use either the C functions in stdio.h, or use the C++ stream ifstream from iostream.h
    [link=http://www.cplusplus.com/reference/clibrary/cstdio/]Contents of stdio.h here[/link]
    [link=http://www.cplusplus.com/reference/iostream/ifstream/]Ifstream here.[/link]
