Editting/ Saving Information on forms and a mail merge command button

On my database I would like to know how I can make the frmSearchResults editable. How can I alter information on this form?(It is a standard form like those you can create with the form wizard.) Also, on frmNz2 and frmNz3, how can I use the 2 command buttons on them to save the editted/deleted information?(How can I make a save changes button?)I would also like to make frmNz2 and frmNz3 editable.
Also how can I make a mail merge button work on frmNz (form number 1)? I would like to be able to select companies (records) from the subform (table) and then press this button. I would then like this button to open MS Word with the mail merge facility, allowing me to send a letter (for example) to the selected companies. I would like this system to be completed soon. Thank you.
