Tranparency Help... again
so not long ago i learned some stuff about transparency... i did it by reading this rticle on it @ http://www.vbexplorer.com/VBExplorer/gdi1.asp...
in the article, it only shows how to make a picture transparent if it has the picture on the form... if ud like, u can read the article, if not, just try 2 tell me how 2 do transparicy or something like that...
