which is the best xml approach in web application!!!!

hi i want to share xml documents wich r stored as strings between to servlets or jsp pages.. without having to create a xmlfile.xml on my system.. the information composing the xml doc to be shared will be generated from a database column so my question which is the best approach to do this if posible show me some code fragments... the point is i dont want any of the xml generated to be stored on any media... thanks alot
