How to add images from a folder to a ScrollBox

I seen afew programs using ScrollBox as a emotions window to select there images my question is how can I add items to the ScrollBox so it will scan a folder and add all gifs in that folder then the users can select the image to send to chat window.

anyone got anyidears? thanks
