Linux Kernel Tuning (Message Queue), I badly need your help....

I am currently developing a networking project in Redhat Linux 9, using ANSI C, This project contains different applications which I chose to interconnect them by using Interprocess communication (IPC). On the first part of the development, I was not encountering any problems regarding this, but lately as I interconnect more than 10 applications, Im having a problem with Message Queue, I know that the only solution for this is to adjust the linux Message queue limit to a higher value.

Here comes the problem... I have no idea which part of the linux kernel should I go so that I could fix the Message Queue problem....

Hope somebody out there could help me fix this.. Thank you very much...
