Computer Won't Shut OFF
All of a sudden the computer won't shut off. I have a Toshiba laptop and win 2000/nt. However, I don't think it's a software problem as Windows DOES shut down - but it won't let me shut the thing OFF. It refuses to go off, the light still remains on, and in order to turn it off I have to unplug it. Any ideas?
