A flame with Particle System ?

I have been searching for a tutorial to create a flame effect with particle system but have not succeeded so far

Demo programming sure is a big topic. But I wonder why I can't find a big community for it ? There are really few posts here.

Any nice resources on demo programming would be a big help. Thanks in advance
