Binary/Assembler help(compile vb.net code and put in exe and run)

i need help compileing code in vb.net while my program is running still.
i think i found someusefull code but it needs changing from C# into vb.net code and write it as binary to a exe file and execute it using my main program. anybody with help just send me the source code to my email and
send the part where it writes to the files too!
