e mail implementation

Hi All

Can someone help me with my problem.

I wish to be able to automatically generate an e mail back to my address indicating that a light has been activated/de-activated remotely.

Here is the code I wish to be manipulated:

Light 1: On 
Off

//this is where I want the cf to go//

Light 2: On 
Off
