SSH, FTP, SFTP in Java

Hello,

I want to develop a file transfer client with support for specifically SSH and FTP.

I've been finding open source and shareware packages that work with FTP, and SSH but I'm wondering if there is a simple way of working with these protocols.

Has anyone used these protocols in a Java application, JSP, or servlet?

What would you recommend for getting this functionality into the software?
