create table form master table runtime

hi,
i have a table which has fields code,month,year,expenses.
when i finished input for years.i want that tables should be
created for unique code,year.i.e. records for perticular year and perticular code in one table and another in other table.so it should create nos of table as many unique codes in table for perticular year.
i will give user selection for year and code if required in frontend.
i never done it before so some body please guide me how to do it.i am using adodb or adodc and
access as backend.
help required usrgently .please help
