I am searching the best JSP editor and debugger. Can anyone suggest me the IDE?

The very best is also the one you don't buy that quick. It's developed by IBM and is called Webspere Studio Application Developer (WSAD for short).

I still think this is the very best IDE for developing JSP applications.
