why does the microsoft internet explorer that comes free with window XP look uglier, feel's crapper, is less user friendly and more faulty than the microsoft internet explorer that comes free with Mac OS 9.1 when both versions are made/programed by microsoft and the windows XP version is newer?????

(if you want a picture of it just e-mail to me (since the release of Mac OS 8(I belive) Mac OS has come with a key that enables you to take pictures of part or all of the screen (the key is command-control-3 or command-control-4 (press shift when pressing the key to copy the image to the clipboard)) and since Mac OS 7 Mac OS has come with free text-to-speech and free speech recognition)
