Pixel retrieval

Is there a program out there, which will take an image (gif, jpg, bmp- doesnt matter) and give me a table for the value of each pixel?

Ex: I have an image 100x100 pixels, this program will give me an excel table with 100x100 cells, each cell is filled with codes for colors in hexadecimals or whatever is typically used (Im sorry not a programmer). Doesnt have to be excel, just something useful.

I dont want to learn programming languages to do this if I dont have to.
