Job Description:Quality Assurance Manager
iNAGO is an exciting Toronto-based Technology start-up producing Digital Life called NetPeople™. Reporting to the CTO, the QA Manager is responsible for forming and managing a QA team that will ensure high quality products and best-of-breed QA processes.
Lead the QA team
Write project test plans
Write/execute system test cases
Define/determine test input/output and test phase entry/exit criteria
Define and manage QA procedures throughout the development organization
Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
3 + years of software quality assurance testing in a Web-based client server environment
Practical hands on experience with rational SQA suite, Segue or other testing automation tools
Familiarity with all phases of test cycles (System, Integration, Regression, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to work quickly and independently as well as lead a small team.

Experience with full software development life-cycle.
Experience in a start-up environment a plus
