accessing xp-accounts?

Hi!
Is there any way you could write a script in order to get access to somebody elses account in xp? I already have an adminisrator acoount on the computer but strange enough it does not give me access to the other accounts on the comp.

Sure, just make a backup of the drive, then change the passwords of the accounts you want to acces, log in, acces the files (or acounts) and if you're done, restore the backup
