Applications in Windows XP?

Hello all,
I installed all of my applications in Windows XP as an Administrator, the default one which is created when you set up Windows XP. When I add new users to the system only a few of the applications installed are available under the new users "Start/Programs/...". Even if the new user is added to the Administrator account, the applications aren't listed.

Is there a way to add the app's to each account that I'm not aware of?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, Thanx.

The problem is that the Apps have put their Shortcut's in the personal program list

if you want them to be used by every account on the computer you have to move the links to the all user map

if you log in as administrator en rightklick the start button you can open it and see your personal start folder
if you see below it you can find explore all users
just copy the maps and or links from your personal to the all users
and every one can use the links
