ParamEQ filter in direct sound for other apps
Hello,
I need to program a parametric EQ filter that will affect EVERYTHING that is playing on the computer. That means: I start that paramEQ application and set it up. Then, every sound that is played on that computer gets filtered by that application. Is that possible to acomplish with DirectSound?
Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.
