New Programmer can't get Borland C++ Builder 5.5 to start

I have it installed on my computer: it came with a programming book I bought. But I cannot make the program start. Can anyone help me?

What type of computer are u using? If it is XP HOME EDITION U MAY HAVE A PROBLEM. I had a tuff time getting the C++ compiler to download. I will return to this sight in the AM.
